Super Speed Broadband

Superfast BroadbandLocal Liberal Democrat Campaigner - Councillor Vivian Achwal says:

'Broadband should be like any other basic utility. 'Super Broadband is becoming an essential service for small businesses, and people who increasinglywork from home.

'All age groups -students, working people and the retired need it for their daily living and leisure. I know of several cases in our area where local businesses are so desperate that they are paying £'000's to put in a private connection rather than wait for the universal service which they may never get.'

Main areas are getting access to super Broadband but other dwellings which are not exactly remote communities compared with other parts of the country are being excluded.
